Gaziosmanpaşa B. Mosque
During the interior design process, traditional and religious motifs were studied in detail and blended with modern architectural elements. The motifs were carefully selected to enhance the aesthetics of the interior and designed in harmony with the surfaces on which they appear. Keeping them within the same color palette ensures visual unity and harmony.
Light colors (white and beige tones) were generally preferred in the design. This color choice aims to give the interior a sense of tranquility and peace, strengthening the spiritual experience of users. Turquoise is the only accent color. Turquoise fabrics in the mihrab add an elegant touch to the interior and enhance the aesthetic value of the project. This color choice harmonizes with the calm tones of the interior while drawing attention to a specific focal point. With this design approach, traditional motifs are interpreted in a modern style, achieving both aesthetics and functionality in the mosque’s interior.
